Branding a $4bn+
blockchain startup

Block.one is a world class blockchain technology company valued at $4bn+. Among its vast portfolio of innovative products and services, it’s signature software EOSIO, is one of the most widely used open-source blockchain platforms in the world. I was hired to work closely with executive leadership to establish branding for the parent company, all business lines, and global event branding while simultaneously building the in-house marketing design team for 2 global locations.

Unity for parent brand, ANN Inc

Challenge:
 Parent fashion brand ANN Inc owns three sub brands whose individual identities were not clear to potential employee candidates. We were asked to create a career site that unified the three sub brands while retaining the integrity of each identity.

Promoting Hulu tech Careers

Challenge: Among technology job seekers, Hulu was a brand recognized mainly as an entertainment company, not a technology company, but they area actually both. We were asked to create a recruitment campaign that attracted technologists who would thrive in the company culture, while making it distinct enough so it would not be confused for general Hulu advertising.

Creating buzz for Taco Bell

Challenge: Taco Bell’s Dollar Cravings menu was tested among various target markets and locations throughout the country. We were asked to generate excitement for Taco Bell offerings that were all available for a single dollar.

Centralization for Dignity Health Careers

Challenge: There are at least 88 Dignity Health locations in the western United States region. They needed a way to centralize all job openings while educating candidates about the company mission, values and programs.

Roles: Graphic designer / UX designer

VW + DC United

Assignment: Design for VW sponsored activations, experiences, and signage for the home stadium of DC United, a major league soccer club.

Banner ads for T-Mobile

Assignment: Design banner ads promoting T-Mobile careers.

Campaign for Pasadena Symphony and POPS

Challenge: Increase ticket sales targeting a younger audience demographic that think symphonies are boring.
