There are at least 88 Dignity Health locations in the western United States region. They needed a way to centralize all job openings while educating candidates about the company mission, values and programs.

Create a streamlined online job site experience that was modern, easy to navigate, and informative.

Working with the Dignity Health recruitment team, a site map was created to ensure a smooth and direct user journey. Taking the company brand guidelines and applying the look and feel across the entire site while working within the constraints of the job board software program.
